Suppport Unit Question

Post by anglonorman »

Hi Folks,

I have a question regarding support units.

In my situation I have 4 german divisions, all in supply, I have their Corps HQ nearby in supply. The corps HQ have a number of support units attached. When I attempt to assign a support unit to a division (no support units attached) i.e. flak or nebelwerfer unit nothing shows up in the Pick support unit type window. Why is this? Are these unit not available to be assigned down the chain of command? I have 3 other support units attached at divisional level elsewhere in the corps. Can the corps only assign 3 units to all divisions? I thought it was 3 per division not 3 per corps?

Some types of SUs, like artillery cannot be attached to combat units, only forts. See the manual for restrictions.
