Greece crashes - help

Command Ops: Battles From The Bulge takes the highly acclaimed Airborne Assault engine back to the West Front for the crucial engagements during the Ardennes Offensive. Test your command skills in the fiery crucible of Airborne Assault’s “pausable continuous time” uber-realistic game engine. It's up to you to develop the strategy, issue the orders, set the pace, and try to win the laurels of victory in the cold, shadowy Ardennes.
Command Ops: Highway to the Reich brings us to the setting of one of the most epic and controversial battles of World War II: Operation Market-Garden, covering every major engagement along Hell’s Highway, from the surprise capture of Joe’s Bridge by the Irish Guards a week before the offensive to the final battles on “The Island” south of Arnhem.

Greece crashes - help

Post by Phoenix100 »

I tried to load a Greek scenario with the latest patch and it just crashes - with all Greek scenarios. So I'll re-install the game. Can anyone tell me - definitively - what order and which patches I should apply. Should it be like this, for instance:
1. Stock original game (BFTB)
2. HTTR add-on
3. Greek add-on
4. Latest patch

or should step 4 come before step 2?

And am I ok just patching the latest (beta) patch (278, is it?) on top of the stock game, or do I need to patch some intermediate patches (ie - is the last latest beta patch incremental and you can just apply it over the stock game?)?

Many thanks.

Hey Phoenix, I am sure you know this already, but just in case...

Did you rebuild the map in the map editor? The official patch will do this, but until the official patch is released, the beta patches only did the maps for the Bulge maps, while changing the game data for all, so you have to rebuild the maps for the Greek set in map editor, then save it.
