Hi guys,

I'm sov, game version 1.07.11

Blizzard offensive. going well enough except weird in the south. The front is roughly at Stalino. All (or almost all) of my attacks south of Stalino have somehow prompted a doubling of the axis CV!

Leadership, supply, attachments, air support, etc roughly the same as the rest of the front.
Only seeing the doubling (after combat) in the one area.

better check your weather zone. perhaps its snow not blizzard.

Blizzard, yes. The indicated CV was "x" before the attacks, then "2x" after. As in say 12 before then 25 after.

Should have mentioned weather in first post.

another one, this time indicated CV halved (not doubled) and to a pz div in the Kalinin area.

maybe just a low probability type of thing

In 1.7.11 there are known bugs in the CV calculation rules, that's why it's better to upgrade to 1.7.15 which is even an official patch, not a beta patch.

However, your results might be perfectly in line with how the system works. Unfortunately, it's not well explained in the manual, and my posts explaining it in greater detail are quickly forgotten, as they move from the forum's front page.
