$35 Sale Price??? Doesnt Show on Purchase

$35 Sale Price??? Doesnt Show on Purchase

I was on the fence about this game but saw it was $35 if bought 1 week after release. I am Cdn and all prices show in Cdn $$ but I don't see a discount to $35. Is the $40ish price the discount??
