Axis Conquest of the Med, Lock Up

Here is the file from a game I started back in March. There are some allied air units (one of them is Spanish because the Germans attacked Spain) that are suddenly left with nowhere to go. The game will not destroy them, it just leaves you with no valid rebase, so you can't continue.
