Why does my infantry stationed on a hill get the bonus for attacking a unit on a plane? Usually the terrain should only give you bonus when defending.The guys don't bring hills with them when they attack,heh.

They attack FROM their hex....and if they win they then move into the hex.

The point is why are they getting a hill bonus when they are attacking into a plain tile.The defending force is not moving into the hill province while defending.It is not logical.

They arent getting a bonus to their firing. They are getting a bonus to their defense,...which affects the other unit when firing at them. Since they are in a hill hex when the other unit is firing at them....................

The scale is wrong.What happens is the hex is like a region or province.Defence hex stats should only go to the defending side.This is how it works in AC,Civs games.
