Fleet of Troop transport ships no unload option

I have a fleet of 6 troop transports that also have weapons for ship stealing. I want to move troops from one planet to another to take care of pirate bases but there is no unload troops option in the right click menu for the planet or system. Any ideas where i have to click to get it to show up?

I found one workaround currently and thats make them leave the fleet then unload but thats an extra step I would like to avoid.

As far as I know, unload only appear on single ships. Yes, it is annoying, but you don't have to leave the fleet to order single ships around. It is really annoying when I accidentally load 1 troop of each of 15 cruisers of a main fleet.

There is a special red cursor arrow that appears if you select your fleet (if it contains troops) and hover over the planet and means unload troops on this planet (RMB to activate). Note it does not always work if there is no available space for the cursor to get at the planet beneath ships/station etc covering it. In that case I believe it may work if you zoom out some so you can still just see the planet and it may let you select it and ignore the infrastructure around it. It appears there is no "unload troops on" to match the "load troops from" option on the r-click ship menu which is irritating.
