Just to see what would happen I rolled the start date back to August 1, 1943. Unfortunately what did happen, was what I was afraid would happen. The Allies rolled ashore in Italy in the middle of the month. Therefore the game has turn based triggers, not date based. So for any of you who were thinking that maybe the game could be rolled back a year..............forgetaboutit. Unless D-Day May 20, 1944 has now ring about it for you.[:-]
