My deepest regards and sympathies go out to Mike's family and loved ones in this difficult time.

I struggle with posting in threads like this one as I lost my younger brother to this insidious disease two years ago.

He started complaining of severe pain in his lower back, which turned out to be cancer on his pelvis which had started in his lungs and then spread to his liver, adrenal glands, bones and brain.
By the time he was diagnosed his entire body was riddled with stage four cancer and he died three weeks later after suffering in terrible agony.
He was taken at the age of 51 by a bolt of lightning out of a clear blue sky.

My heart goes out to all who struggle with this disease and to their loved ones.

Sail on to calmer waters Mike.......

Though I did not know the man, my feeling is this should stay on the first page a little while longer.

RIP Sir!
