Error on installing

Hi,today I tried to install CMANO into my laptop(with Window 8). but, some errors occured as followed.
The pop up window emerged many times while instaling, so I tried to install that with turning off anti-virus program.
However, same errors continually occured. I hope one can solve this problem.

Can you please try changing your system locale to US-English before the installation and turn it back to Chinese(?) afterwards?
