pilot replacements

Ok, again need my memory refreshed I suppose. Some of my Air groups need pilot replacements.
Example, carrier group, zero's.
Says I need 2 replacements.
Click on get from reserve and it says out of pilot replacements (3)
Under pilot replacements it says I have 322 for Navy under Fighter, in reserve.

You say "Under pilot replacements it says I have 322 for Navy under Fighter, in reserve." In reserve or in replacement I hope you're not confusing ?
If it solve nothing draw pilot directly with request veteran, I remember getting trouble with the get from reserve on turn 1.
