it's nice to see vid's and missions, knowing you have been there, remind you what you have already done, great game, finished it on easy now playing it the harder way and finding it more of a challenge but still very enjoyable

are you playing them in some sort of developer mode or something? as your unit count doesn't have numbers in it when placing units?

in all battles before placement when you first go to the map, it has a number in it of the fixed amount of units you can place in the battle, which lets you know how many use can use and place and counts down as you use them on the map, yours doesn't?

:)

nice vids as always

Hello zakblood,
ORIGINAL: zakblood

are you playing them in some sort of developer mode or something? as your unit count doesn't have numbers in it when placing units?

nice vids as always

the vids are not made by us, they are from a German player who posted them at the DMP forum.

We just thought it would be nice to share them with those interested. So no magic mode is active.

in all battles before placement when you first go to the map, it has a number in it of the fixed amount of units you can place in the battle, which lets you know how many use can use and place and counts down as you use them on the map, yours doesn't?

the GaW-Engine allows several modes for unit slots/refitting and much more. Its up to the campaign designer which settings are on each map.

The campaigns in GaW all have different approaches towards game play while still using the same engine. This is true, if they are played without "cheats" or "help" like extra resources per turn and like.

This means the 37 map A-A campaign is using slots to restrict the forces while the 9 maps "Operation Barbarossa" campaign we see in this videos has no such restriction.

Hope the riddle is solved [:)]
