Dropping Dumb Bombs Blind

Hi guys, just wondering if there is a way to drop bombs on locations with out a specific target? For example I am doing a Vietnam mission and ground forces call in a napalm strike on coordinates. The pilots cannot see Freindly or enemy so there is a chance of Blue on Blue.
