I'd love to get the community pack but when I click the link I get a long list of individual scenarios.

Not DL'ng them one at a time.

Where can one find the ZIP file?

Look at the menu above the list. Click on file then on download.

It's just a google page with a list of scenarios.

Click File and the very last option should be download.

Find command downloads on warfaresims, halfway Down that page, klick -"download" Had some problem finding it myself.
