Did "Community Modding Discussion" die of sorts?

I can imagine Real Life and/or other games came inbetween the effort, but would like to know for sure...

Also, are there any finished scenarios for DCCB on top of the three available on the AT Community Website (http://www.advancedtactics.org/scenariobank.php)?

It is the one complaint I have of this game, is that the forum activity for it, is as near to 0 as one can get.... such a surprise for an excellent game.
