Have a slow GC going at the moment as the allies, but have time for another one

Latest beta, stacking limits

Willing to play either side, though my Japanese experience is based solely on playing the AI and following MikeSollis AAR, and I'd categorise myself as a "Mostly harmless" allied player.

Should be able to manage a turn a day, though work/family commitments will get in the way but I'll always let u know if I can't send a turn.
