Army Group A + B

I have just taken Azov, Bataysk, and Manych. I should get Army Group A + B on turn 16. But what do I do with them? All units of AG South will be assigned to OKH. How should I organize them? [&:]

when Army Groups B and A HQ's arrive you can freely assign Army Group South's units from OKH to the new Army Groups with out losing any AP's
