Enemy Commanders Roaming Freely

I am just now getting back into SOW:Gettysburg from a very long hiatus.

One thing I've taken notice of is that enemy commanders seem to roam about the battlefield at will without fear of consequence. My guys don't even bother to shoot at 'em. I've seen them ride straight thru my formations without incident. Maybe they're not commanders and are couriers or something though they do have the battleflags flying with them.

Kind'a - well - doesn't seem right.

Leaders are pretty resilient (but not Supermen).

I have on a few occasions gotten too close and found myself teleported (reincarnated) back to a starting point.
