Distant Worlds Shadows odd glitch

Having an odd problem where the Refit command causes the ship to go to a Spaceport that isn't complete and get stuck there with no ability to change locations, as once the process starts it won't allow you to interrupt it. Was this intentional, or an oversight? As an aside, WHY is a captcha necessary for login? When your eyesight is as bad as mine, it takes several attempts to login, making me angrier and angrier at each attempt. Please reconsider using this system, or at least get rid of the lines in the captcha to make it possible to read what is written successfully.
