Well, the title is not a secret now, "Panzer Battles: Kursk Southern flank" and they release the winner of the competition with an extra winner by jury decision.

And they release to the first documentation file, the visual OOB you can find it here

but you need login i dont know if is possible put the link directly...

In general is a good option for a first title and after see the visual OOB it looks very interesting.

Will see what I can do mate.

Can't see a setting for the page to be viewed for those not logged onto Facebook...

I'd have had a blog instead..but FB seemed the easiest way to set something up and let others have their say.

I've been playing panzer battles on the iPad and love all his titles. Right now I'm playing Shiloh how did I miss this gem on the PC years ago?

Which one? Tiller's Shilo or SSI's Shilo. I greatly preferred the SSI Shilo. Played it on the C64 though back then.

After reading through the designers notes, my thoughts are that they've done a nice job on the graphics and scenarios (as usual), and that they have too little competition from other developers.

Have the beta..and I have to say it's the best JT series so far both in terms of looks and gameplay. A definite winner.

The best JT series so far doesn't carry much weight with me as far as UI and mechanics go. I will try it out, but I'm full expecting the same masochistic UI and indestructible guns crewed by supermen who eat high explosives for breakfast.

LOL.

I've killed some of those a few minutes ago. I consider them now an early breakfast. My biggest hurdle was just a bad tactical plan.

I don't mind the graphics. It's more about how long I can tolerate the UI in one session.

+1

It will be hard to go back and play the old games after this. The included documentation is awesome, and a bargain at $40. Finally JT broke out of the mold - pretty much [;)]

Isn't this just an updated Campaign Series? Not that there's anything wrong with that ...
