highlight hotkeys not working correctly

When I use the highlight hotkeys, like highlight airbases ( ctrl-2 ) it lights up the hexes for just a moment instead of staying highlighted. Also the little symbol box which should be above the soft factor icon is missing.

Working OK for me with .13 so can't confirm. Hardware/keyboard issue?

I had not updated lately so the version was 1.07....I updated to 1.12 beta yesterday and the problem is still there.

I ran a Windows Update just the other day.....maybe that is the cause...the problem showed up after the WU happened.

Not sure if this is related, but one of my NKVD security regiments has a red outline on it, as if I selected it with the cursor, but that didn't happen.

That border regimented died/disbanded during the next Axis turn, and now the problem is gone. [:'(]
