redownload info incorrect

The redownload for purchases before Nov 2010 is incorrect,states e mail and last 4 digits of credit card,yet on DR link they ask for last 5 digits of credit card.

Hi Bairdlander - unfortunately DR dont support orders unless you pay them extra and then only for ~3 years (from memory). Our current system lets you re-download for ever as often you as you want. What you need to do is contact support with your order info so they can find it and create a new download for you in the new system. We'll get you the download links somehow!
