That was a news clip. That these will be coming soon to the Us military. Anyone have more info on this?

Years away. I think I read somewhere that DARPA has been working on this for years. Same as for robot supply carriers. The "hopping dog".

Read a blurb last year that a flying car already existed. The problem being how to license them.

This car that can fly was built ages ago. I do recommend the video where Top Gear takes one for a drive and a flight.
