How do you play the Skill Cards?

It varies by skill card. Some are just automatic modifiers, like Deadly or Speedy. Others need to be played by pressing the Skill Card button at the bottom of the screen, and that will be lit up if you have one of those on a selected unit. For the cards that are played manually like that in the Rally phase, the AI will decide when/if to use them if auto-rally is on (Inspirational and One Last Time are these).
