Multi Player Upload Error

I am playing a game versus rkimm it is the second turn in july. Game has been working fine until this turn. I have dome my turn two separate times and gotten this error message. Upload File failure: Error [174459384] - retry save ? . After doing my second turn I treid to save game before I hit f12 end turn incase it crashed like the first time and it did not matter tried to send turn and crashed. I use windows 8 and not sure what rkimm is using. I had a bad feeling about using the multi player mode I new I should have stuck with email turns. I am using version 1.07.11

Happens from time to time. Do not cancel and maybe try again in an hour. Sometimes if you try X times in a row, it will finally go. I usually save the turn a couple of times to avoid losing it since I seem to have a lot of problems.

Getting the same thing myself. Used to the Error 99 download but this is the first time I can remember having upload issues...
