Feature request: Turn off upgrades in group reinforcement screen

I humbly request the following feature.

I noticed that we have a "Turn off replacements" button in the Group Reinforcement Schedule window. Could we also get a "Turn off upgrades"? [&o] It would help tremendously with pool management for those games that don't have auto upgrades turned off.

There is something like this.. I started a similar thread but I am still confused and mine doesn't seem to be working like this.

The more I think of it, it may just be replacements, not upgrades..

The turn off replacements is very handy. But I don't know of one that turns off upgrades.

The button will turn off replacements and upgrades. There is an error in the Army Reinforcements which I'll fix.
