I was changing from headset to reguar loudspeakers and usually Windows then notifies that a plug has been changed. That happened during loading of the scenario and perhaps helped causing this issue.

Looks like it thought that it had sound and then lost it causing all of the sound calls to crash. We will check it out.
OTS is looking forward to Southern Storm getting released!
