I am trying to find the names of the commanders of the Mihoro and Kanoya Groups (part of the 22nd Air Flotilla) at the time of the sinking of Repulse and POW. Can anyone assist please? I have Maeda down for the Genzan Group.

- Mihoro Naval Air Group: Based at Thi Dau Moi Naval Air Base, French Indochina - consisted of 48 G3M2 "Nells" under command of Captain (later Rear Admiral) Kondo Katsuji (46).

- Kanoya Naval Air Group (detachment): Based at Saigon Army Air Base, French Indochina - consisted of 36 G4M1 "Betties" under command of Captain (later Rear Admiral) Fujiyoshi Naoshiro (44).
