Do traits like InspiringPresence stack?

If I have 3 scientists and a leader all with that trait on the same space port or colony do the bonuses stack?

A percentage is carried over best first and then descending order.
Have a look at the Characters screen, total up the bonuses then go into research and see what the amounts are there, process of deduction.

It was logical to presume that the OP was referring to the 20% empire bonus as that is a trait that is common to those characters Captain and is one that has been asked many times before, we had very little data in the original communication to reference from so we used logic to fill the blanks.

Its funny that a lot of traits might not even work and there is no way to test them.

Hmm in one game I had two Chars with Inspiring Presence on my home Planet and from my observation, the skills went up faster with two [&:]

You could probably test it by loading up a game with two characters with Inspiring presence, fast forward a few years and note the skill gains. Then you reload, dismiss one of the characters and fast forward again.
