Im using my login every day.
So can I apply here instead?

Hi Swedewolf, sorry for the problem. Majority of beta signup problem that we get are related to people using Matrix Members credentials to signup for the beta instead of the Matrix Forum credentials. Any chance it is what you do? Anyway, if that is not, could you file a ticket with the helpdesk, I will troubleshoot the issue. Thanks.
