1) The USSR claimed Bessarabia
Rumania denied the claim, causing the USSR to declare war on Rumania
At the end of the turn, Germany enforced peace between Rumania and the USSR
Germany aligned Rumania during the following turn.

There were 2 land bombers now in the Rumanian forces to be set up. Shouldn't there be only one, the other one not being built at start ?
There was no Rumanian convoy point any more

I suspect the problem would be the same with Finland

I seem to remember a clharryfication stating that the USSR gets the Baltoc States convoy points. Has it be changed ?

Yes. From the RAC:
"Once you exercise those rights, the Baltic States are considered immediately conquered by the Soviet Union (without the Baltic States being aligned or its units set up)."

I believe that the USSR getting the Baltic States convoys may have been a bug in the ADG WiF beta.

This has been corrected in MWiF as paulderynck has pointed out.

The USSR should get the Baltic States convoys only if the Axis DOW's the neutral Baltic States first.

perhaps the program shows you both Rumanian LND-2 bombers in the set-up tray, but would only allow one to be set up on the map if you had tried? they would only have one Pilot available.

some people play that only the counter with the full WiF cost and time on the back is set up on the map. others would play that you could set up either the WiF counter or the PiF counter, but are limited by the pilots available.
