Description: As soon as helos take off, they immediately RTB indicating bingo fuel. Their respective fuel bar indicate they have a full fuel load.
Problem step through: Run attached scenario and either command helos to take off or wait until they take off automatically as part of the ASW mission.

Unable to reproduce in Build 699; the helos proceed to their patrol zone as expected. Probably fixed at some point.
