trying to get through to help desk because game I bought with disk wont download on my new computer

wont allow me to fill out help ticket

is there a way to contact somebody
or am I just screwed

I am a member and did sign in and try

You might try using a different browser. It seems like they are hit and miss on what works anymore.

I assume you are having trouble with autoplay on your CD/DVD ? If so can you open a folder of the disc and review it's contents ?

History began July 4th, 1776. Anything before that was a mistake.
