Overstacking Oil During Setup

Sure would be nice if you were warned that you have over stacked Oil during setup. As a newbie, it is painful to find out you placed 16 Oil for USSR in a city and then during first turn start up the program wipes it all away. Not just what was over stacked but all of it. I've learned my lesson but seems like a simple over stack check could be done like for other units for future updates.

There is a "check set-up" button. But I'm not sure if it looks at stored oil quantities. If not, then it would be a nice enhancement.
