I suggest you begin with Damian's Econ 101 primer/guide as well as Numdydar's primer. It is very instructive. Even if you don't read the whole thing all at once, you should go through it trying to pick out things you don't know yet.

How to expand normally Armament Assembly and Vehicle Assembly ?

You can probably leave armaments and vehicles as they are. As long as you do not turn anything off, they will build up to a good level on there own. Those two items are the most expensive in terms of using heavy industry and any expansion of them can cause you to run into problems with HI later in the war.
Sometimes things said in Nitwit sound very different in English.
