I printed and laminated mine at FEDEX/Kinkos. printing was easy, but they only had 1 store in the area with laminate that wide.

I'm looking at the AE_Map_Full_Enh_2_0 map and just noticed something. At Miri, it shows 150 oil and at Brunei it shows 10 oil. Actually, at the start of the game, they are 150(150) and 10(10) respectively. Shouldn't they be 300 and 20?

Yes they should be...

All it now takes is some engineers, a whack load of supplies and the repair flag switched on... A minimum of 150 days and both sites will be at par. Keep in mind that in the general case, captured facilities may be damaged. Also note that this is not a feature of the map but the scenario configurations. You are also reminded that repairs will only begin once a minimum of 10,000 supply points are stored at the base.

No engineers are needed, just the whack load of supplies.

the planning maps are a great idea. I want to start a full campaign and it would be helpful to have a printed map. Is there a way to
printed in A4 pages? will it be possible to do it with ms paint?

what are the differenes because the jpg maps and the .exe ones? the latter seems to be embeeded in the game, but how are they operated? can annotations be done on them using some editor like paint?

thank you.

You can build black and white versions on your own.
For example use Paint.NET to convert the existing maps to b/w versions.

I'm back again after a longer break.
I don't think very much happened that would require new versions of the maps but please let me know if I'm wrong.

Marc, these are fantastic maps, thank you.

I want a list of oil locations. I have browsed your map (#4) and added to my own list of oil locations that I started while reading AARs. Tracker can provide a list of oil for my home and occupied bases but I want a complete list of all the locations so I can better plan my strategy. There is probably a way to do this with tracker but I haven't figured it out yet.

Would it be possible for us mere mortals to use your VBScript to make our own personal “tracker?”

TIA,

Hi el lobo,

this is one of the data files I use. This here is of scenario 1.
Let me know if you would like to have the Script to create it yourself.

Thanks Marc, that's great.

That has all of the info that I need for now.

I am playing scenario 2. If the information is any different, I would appreciate that data also. (The oil is probably the same but I never know what else I might need from your data in the future).

Thanks for the quick response also.

Here is the file for scenario 2. There is some more oil in Japan.
Have fun planning. [:)]
