Last Game Version.

My game version is 1.31.4914.18160
(I've CoH and Ghost Divisions. I've checked for update and I already have the most recent version).
But when I join the MP Lobby Game, it says : Incorrect Game Version, the current version is 1.36.5068.23690
Where is this version ?
