Wow, it is rather incredible how much time has been put into this effort over many years (strategies for Peru?). Lots of good info here, thanks.

All those minor country setups were done by Pesk Pesk.[&o][&o][&o][&o] He and I are anxious to get back to work on the AI Opponent scripts.
