[B460] All decoy and jammer rolls get 1 no matter what

I don´t know if this is a bug or is intended, but all dice rolls get a 1 for decoys and jammers; I cannot kill the TU-22 bombers attacking my convoy, no matter what I throw at them!!!

Please have a look!.

Great game though.
