[FYI] Manual altitude--typing in a value

This might save a few people some frustration (and cursing [:D]). If you're trying to change the altitude to a specific number in the new F2 interface, it does not always seem to "take" unless you hit "enter" after you type the desired altitude.

(The speed selection interface seems less temperamental)
