Extended Map Question

Post by Feltan »

Quick question/observation:

On the new extended map for DBB, there are off-map boxes for both Aden and Abadan. A TF will transit them with no problem; however, I cannot select a TF in these two transit boxes and, for example, change "Do not unload" to "unload." For that matter, I simply can't open the Allied TF information screen at all.

This can be done for all the other transit locations for Cape Town, the two at the Panama Canal, etc.

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this, or if it is WAD?

If you mouse over the TFs you can see the number. Go into the TF list and select that TF. Then you will be able to see that one and the others.

When you call up the TF list, then IIRC there is a button or colored text selection to show those off map TFs.

Michael explained that getting those boxes to be clickable was actually a lot of work, so putting the ability to get at off map TFs in the TF list was a compromise. We can't have everything but they sure give us a lot! [:)]
