Agility Bonus against unseen SAMs

Build: 442
Scenario: Shamal

Issue: I had several SA-14 attacks resolved from missiles that had not been spotted (no RED Vampire calls before attack res) which appear to of used the target aircraft's agility as to-hit penalty. Sorry, no saved game!

That should definitely not happen, surprise attacks do not allow the target to manouver. Let us have a look at it. Thanks!
