CTGW server Capacity?

Might there be a problem with the game's server having reached capacity? Let me guess; That this game as well as other games are on the same server, causing it not to keep up with demand....
It's getting rediculous to up or download a MP turn, for that matter, to even signin on MP. Last turn took over 20 minutes to download a turn, after completeing turn, the upload crashed (game stopped working).

Let's see, How do we fix this issue? That's your job to do!!!
