Transfer individual troops bug.

It says "You can also directly transfer individual troops to specific troop transports that are near the colony and have spare troop space"

There is bug letting you beam them up to transports ships a sector or more away.

You should descripe how this can be done.

You mean you can select any ship at the troop screen ?
You only should select ships they are at orbit.
