T-50 factory disappeared

Turn 13 and I have noticed that the T-50 factory is missing. Soviets are starting with one T-50 factory in Leningrad. I am pretty sure it was evacuated somewhere to Ural. Even if I did forget to evacuate, Leningrad is still in my hands. So or so, it should be somewhere, but its not.

It has upgraded to a T-34 M1942 factory.

You are right. In the beginning there is only one T-34 M1942 factory(Chelyabinsk) and I have one more in Magnitogorsk (producing 7).
But why the factory changed production so early? The T-50s would come handy. In 41, Soviets usually have lack of light tanks.

It use to be that it would upgrade and repair completely, and then start growing. It would then have a decent size when it started to produce the M1942 in 7/42.

A patch stopped growth for non-producing factories.
