Hello,

I recently bought this game and am having an issue with moving factories. I am playing the Soviet Union in the 1941-45 campaign scenario and it is my turn 1. According to the manual if you on in the F2 map (railroads) and left click on a hex then left click on the city in the box on the upper right a pop out window will appear with the transporting factories option. Instead I still get the supply, fuel, oil and resource window. What am I doing wrong?

U cant evcuate factories on turn 1.

Doubled the rail capacity costs for factory rail movement. No factory movement is allowed on the June 22, 1941 turn.
