Bug?

Post by warspite1 »

I am in a game with Alejandro and have been asked by France (twice) and Serbia if I will accept their surrender. On all three occasions I have said no but the program won't accept that answer and I have to say yes.

Have I missed something or is this a bug?

I have experienced similar scenarios too, often repeating same requests turn after turn, forcing a "yes" reply each time. I chalked it up as another way for the Program to cheat, when playing the AI. Then again, you were not playing the AI!

It is really annoying. I didn't want France to surrender because I didn't own the hexes that would allow me to take Italy in the rear. I had to say yes and then declare war next turn - presumably taking a US entry hit??

Let's wait to hear from the developers on this. Then again winter is coming and the snow will be too deep for them to answer.[:D]
