I've just built the Rusan Technology. The +100% HT research shows up at the planet but not in research?

if you've literally 'just' built it, wait approx a month ingame, it starts working from the next economic cycle

Yeah there's a bit of a lag with wonders. Same thing happens with the trader's bazaar.
