Anyone know an answer to this?

Post by GaryChildress »

I'm trying to delete some saves in my save folder for a game I purchased on Steam. Unfortunately every time I delete the saves in the folder on my computer, Steam simply replaces them when I start it up. How the heck do I stop Steam from doing that? Can't I manage my own files or does Steam need to be a PITA about this? I've tried deleting them in the game but for some reason that's not working either. [:(]

Not a steam expert but I think this will work

To disable from synchronizing save data with Steam Cloud, follow the instructions below:

1) In your Steam Library, right-click on The game and select "Properties."
2) Click the "Updates" tab.
3) Uncheck "Enable Steam Cloud synchronization for The game."
4) Click "Close."
