Download source for Chancellorsville

Post by jetsetsam »

I have had to install a new hard drive and want to do a new install of Chancellorsville.

I am registered with Matrix as an owner/purchaser of Chancellorsville, but when I go to my account, instead of a download link, it says that a download is not available.

How do I access a download for Chancellorsville?

Welcome.

You can retrieve your download links by:

1. Logging into your account at http://www.matrixgames.com/members/ .

2. Select “My Orders” from the far right side of the screen.

3. Select "Plimus - Find My Order".

4. Follow on screen instructions.

You can also our Help Desk with your order details in:

http://www.matrixgames.com/helpdesk/

Or you can write an email to storesupport[at]matrixgames.com with your order details and we will provide you with new download links.

Thanks for the response.

I checked through the "Plimus - Find my order" but nothing there.

Perhaps because I bought the game some time ago.

I came to this forum because I could not complete a Helpdesk Ticket on your webpage.

One of the requirements was to fill in the description field, but the description field would not accept text.

I will try the storesupport e-mail route.

That happens when you are using IE9 or IE10 with the compatibility view turned off.
